Should cell phones be allowed in school

Cell phones are a very handy gadget with many benefits, even in the classroom. Sometimes they are a distraction in class though. They have tools that help out, many of them have a calculator, and you can take a picture of notes or assignment and projects to show people. You can text others missed assignments. You can listen to music witch can help some people concentrate. They can be bad because they can distract you from school work and you can text answers to a friend, which is cheating.            
 

I think you should be able to bring cell phones to school, with some conditions. Cell phones are distracting when you text friends. It is very handy as a tool so you should bring it to school, but not text about non-school related issues.
